Ramez Bou NaderPrésident du syndicat des industriels de l’agroalimentaire

Mr. Bou Nader have started his university studies in Paris and finished them in Boston with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston back in 1985. 

He has then joined his family business in Lebanon “Nader Distilleries Co." specializing in the distillation of ethyl alcohol and arak. Since, the business grew to cover additional products such as whisky, vodka, gin, brandy, wine and cider and wine vinegar. Those products are sold in bulk to industrialists or bottled, either under our own labels or under private labels. They export over 60% of their production.

In 1996, he started to be active in the syndicates. He became the secretary and founding member of the Syndicate of Alcohol, Wine and Alcoholic Beverages in Lebanon, and then simultaneously at times, member of the board of directors of the Association of North-Matn Industrialists , the Syndicate of Lebanese Food Industrialists and the Association of Lebanese Industrialists. 

As for the public sector, he was invited and accepted to serve as Advisor to the Minister of Industry from 2009 until 2011 and Advisor to the Minister of Tourism from 2009 until 2014.

In the Syndicate of Lebanese Food Industrialists (SLFI), he served as Vice-President for the past ten years until he got elected President in December 2024.
