Over 18 years of experience, Emilie has held several positions at executive levels within regional FMCGs and L’Oréal group, world Leader in Beauty.
She joined L'Oréal group in 2012 equipped with a solid experience after spending 7 years in supply chain Management at Henkel for the Levant region, and 1 year as plant Manager of Al Wadi El Akhdar.
In her role as Operations Director at L’Oréal Levant, Emilie was able to take this function to a higher level through many achievements. She built a strong organization structure by establishing the logistics and demand planning departments which has significantly contributed to an increased efficiency, productivity and optimized supply chain costs.
In 2017, Emilie was appointed General Manager for the Professional Products division covering the Levant countries. With her strong leadership skills, and her consumer centric approach she has succeeded in transforming the division business model and developing the omni-channel, through the Retail expansion, the development of E-commerce and Social Commerce for the division, contributing valuably to the dynamism and modernization of the professional business, with a significant gain of market share.
In February 2021, Emilie has been appointed General Manager for the Consumer Products Division for Levant, before taking a major challenge few month later as Managing Director of the Lebanese subsidiary.
Emilie studied Industrial Engineering at the Lebanese American University.
