Yahya Kassaa is Chairman and CEO of Kassaa Group, a vertically integrated holding dedicated to Surface Coatings, Construction Chemicals, and Home and Personal Care Products. His deep experience of the chemicals industry and consumer retail sector, coupled with his commitment to forging strategic alliances and synergies, have marked the history of the Holding . His focus on innovation, quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and execution drove the group's expansion to an international player with activities spanning MENA, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His expertise in blue ocean corporate strategy has been acquired through over 25 years of C level positions in multiple sectors ranging from industrial and manufacturing, to contracting, and consumer retail.

Having achieved success in the private sector, Yahya Kassaa brought his expertise and belief in best practices to Lebanese Business Leadership Organizations. In 2013, he became board member of the Lebanese Franchise Association (LFA) and its Secretary-General between 2015 and 2017. This journey culminated in him being consecutively elected president of the LFA in 2017 and 2021.

Yahya is Managing Director of Nerve Investments. The Abu Dhabi-based investment holding company focuses on providing growth capital to early stage & established businesses.

Additionally, Yahya serves as board member of the Lebanese Economic Organizations (LEO), a cluster of 18 of Lebanon's most prominent business organizations and in 2021, he joined the board of the Chambre de Commerce Franco-Libanaise, whose mission is to improve economic relations between Lebanon and France.

Yahya Kassaa holds a master's degree in business studies from The Lebanese American University.
