Mr. Dib is a weathered professional with over 35 years of banking experience in corporate finance, capital markets, financial real estate and wealth management. During his various assignments, Mr Dib has been based in New York, Hong Kong, Paris, Geneva and Beirut. He now shares his time between Geneva and Beirut.
Mr Dib is currently Chairman of Swiss Financial House (SFH), the wealth management arm of the Saradar Group that he set up in Geneva in late 2019.
SFH creation in Geneva in a highly regulated and competitive industry, amidst the rapid spread of the Covid and Lebanese crisis, are testimony to outstanding entrepreneurship, perseverance and tenacity.
Before joining the Saradar Group as GM of Saradar Bank from 2015 to, 2021, Mr Dib was Head of Private Banking at Indosuez Credit Agricole in Switzerland, in charge of most of the international private banking for the Credit Agricole Group.
Under his stewardship, Indosuez moved from fifth to fourth largest foreign private bank in Switzerland, with over CHF45 billion of assets under management (AuMs), 3 booking centers (Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapour), 9 offices and close to 1,000 staff, of which a sales team of 500 people under direct supervision.
Prior to that, Mr Dib was a member of the worldwide executive committee of BNP Paribas Private Bank in charge of Wealth Management Services, and later global head of the segment of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals that he created. UHNWI represented over €22 billion of assets under management when he decided to join Indosuez in 2009.
Mr. Dib is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Ecoles Commerciales in Paris (HEC), with a major in finance. He is married and the father of four sons. He has a keen interest in philanthropy and is a board member and President/Founder of numerous NGOs in Europe and Lebanon. Among others, he is vice-president of the foundation supervising the development and governance of the Saint-Joseph University and of the Hotel-Dieu, both in the top two universities and hospitals in Lebanon. In New York, he was a member of the Global Philanthropists Circle (GPC) for over 10 years, and a board member of Synergos.
